Patti
Halladay - Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Patti Halladay is the President and owner of InterSource Executive
Search, a retained search firm specializing in Human Resources,
Finance & Accounting, Marketing & Sales, and Information Technology.
InterSource also has a Contract Services Division that provides
professional level contractors in the same areas. Patti is a 1999
Leadership Texas alumni and a Founding Board member of Greenlights
for NonProfit Success, a management assistance agency dedicated
to capacity building within nonprofits. Patti was honored by SafePlace
for outstanding vision, commitment and leadership as a part of the
merger of the Center for Battered Women and the Austin Rape Crisis
Center.
In 1998, she also received honors from the Capital Area United
Way and the Peacemaker Award from the Dispute Resolution Center
for her work with SafePlace. She has a Masters in Public Administration
with an emphasis in Human Resources. She has been a member of the
SafePlace Board of Directors since 2001.
Patti is married to Steve Halladay and has two grown daughters.

Lauren comes to us from the hospitality industry having done VIP sales & marketing for the San Francisco 49ers.
Educated in marketing at The University of California at Berkeley, Lauren brings her passion for creating winning
alliances to White Buffalo's ASP business. Overseeing White Buffalo's specialized private-label social networking extension,
Lauren has responsibility for our cruise and destination resort markets. Committed to our partners' success, Lauren has
the responsibility for implementing those extension strategies through market research, product development, advertising, and sales promotion programs.
